EPL 2023/24 Matchweek 36

The Premier League title race is down to two teams, with Manchester City and Arsenal neck-and-neck heading into EPL Matchweek 36. The relegation battle is also in full swing with Nottingham Forest, Burnley, and Luton Town all in the fight to avoid the drop. Our free Matchweek 36 EPL multibet will help you get ready for this week’s action.

This week, we like Newcastle to WIN at Burnley, BTTS - NO in Man City vs. Wolves, and Aston Villa to beat Brighton.

Burnley vs. Newcastle

May 5, 12:00 AM, Turf Moor

Burley are in the strongest form of any team still in the relegation race. The Clarets are on a three-match unbeaten streak and have lost just one match in their last eight. However, most of these good results have come against lower-half sides. They are ripe to be exposed and we think Newcastle will do it.

The Magpies have won three of their last four matches and just battered Sheffield United 5-1. They beat Burnley 2-0 in the reverse fixture earlier this season at St. James’ Park.

Our first pick is Newcastle To WIN @ $1.98 away at Burnley.

Manchester City vs. Wolves

May 5, 2:30 AM, Etihad Stadium

Manchester City have not lost in the Premier League since December 6. They are in the midst of their annual cruise to the title. Wolves have played well against big sides before, but we don’t see them having a shot at winning this one.

The Citizens have conceded just one goal in their last three matches, and have not lost at home this season. We think they will beat Wolves and do so convincingly. We’ll be surprised if Wolves score a goal.

Our second pick is Man City vs. Wolves Both Teams To Score - NO @ $1.60

Brighton vs. Aston Villa

May 5, 2:30 AM, Etihad Stadium

Aston Villa destroyed Brighton 6-1 back in September and the Seagulls have just two wins since February. De Zerbi’s men have been outscored in their last two home matches by a margin of 7-0. Despite all of this, the betting sites only have Aston Villa as slight favourites.

Despite the odds, we think Villa should have no problem taking care of Brighton at home. Villa will be missing Emi Martinez and Youri Tielemans through injury, but the Seagulls will be without their starting right back, left back, right-sided centre back, and both starting wingers.

Our final pick is Aston Villa to WIN at Brighton @ $2.25
