EPL 2024/2025 Matchweek 18

The best time of the Premier League season is finally here. It’s Boxing Day! While there aren’t as many high profile games as recent years, this Boxing Day is sure to be an entertaining one with several big clashes between top and bottom teams. To help you get ready for all the action, we have a free EPL mutlibet.

Our Boxing Day best bets are Both Teams To Score - No in Manchester City vs. Everton, Bournemouth to beat Crystal Palace, and over 2.5 goals in Wolves vs. Manchester United.

Manchester City vs. Everton

December 26, 11:30 PM, Etihad Stadium

Manchester City still have just one win since October 30 after losing 2-1 to Aston Villa last weekend. Our EPL predictions think this is the week they finally turn things around.

Everton have scored in just one of their last five games and can’t seem to create anything against top sides. Man City aren’t exactly in great goal scoring form right now. Nor are they a top, top side right now, but they are still a good team who should be able to dominate Everton at home.

We think Man City will beat Everton and shut them out, so we are taking Both Teams To Score - NO @ $1.93.

Bournemouth vs. Crystal Palace

December 27, 2:00 AM, Vitality Stadium

Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth have won four of their last five matches and are now fifth place in the Premier League. Crystal Palace, meanwhile, are reeling after suffering back-to-back losses to Arsenal.

Besides recent form being in their favour, the Cherries also have the joint-third best defensive record in the PL, allowing just seven goals in eight matches so far. Palace have the fourth-worst attack in the league. Only Ipswich, Everton, and Southampton have scored fewer goals.

This could be an entertaining game, but we think the Cherries will win. Our pick here is Bournemouth to WIN @ $1.87.

Wolves vs. Manchester United

December 27, 4:30 AM, Molineux Stadium

Wolves have been a bit of a bogey team for Manchester United in recent years. Not as big of a bogey team as Bournemouth, who just beat the Red Devils 3-0 again, but a bogey team nonetheless.

Under Erik ten Hag last season, Man Utd needed a lucky goal from Kobbie Mainoo and a bit of good fortune from the referees to beat Wolves. Wolves are even more chaotic this year, so we could see something similar happening. Either way, we think this match will be full of goals.

Wolves have conceded 40 goals so far this season (worst in the PL) and Man Utd haven’t kept a clean sheet in six matches. We think OVER 2.5 Goals @ $1.68 is a safe bet to include in your EPL multibet this week.
