West Ham vs. Liverpool
London Stadium, 9:30 PM, Saturday, April 27
Liverpool are out of the Europa League and can now focus just on the Premier League. As disheartening as it is to be knocked out of competition for Reds’ fans, it was probably for the best.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have looked increasingly vulnerable as the season has gone on. They will need to give it their all to keep pace with Arsenal and to upset Man City in the final weeks. Thankfully, they should have a relatively easy time of things this week.
West Ham have lost five straight matches to Liverpool across all competitions. They’ve played twice this season, losing by a combined score of 8-2 in those matches. To make matters worse, the Hammers are coming into this match off a 5-2 loss to Crystal Palace.
Normally, we’d say West Ham have a chance to counter, but Liverpool just seem to have their number. We’re picking a low-scoring Liverpool win here.
Predicted Lineups
West Ham: Fabianski; Coufal, Zouma, Ogbonna, Emerson; Ward-Prowse, Alvarez; Kudus, Soucek, Paqueta; Antonio
Liverpool: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Quansah, Van Dijk, Robertson; Mac Allister, Endo, Szoboszlai; Salah, Gakpo, Diaz
Fulham vs. Crystal Palace
Craven Cottage, 12:00 AM, Sunday, April 28
Crystal Palace are on track for yet another mid-table season. However, there are signs they could be in for something bigger next year under manager Oliver Glasner. Consecutive convincing wins against Liverpool and Crystal Palace have the Eagles looking much better than they have in years. This is largely due to Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze both being healthy for the first time in months.
Fulham under Marco Silva have a reputation for being defensively solid. That’s been true for most of the year, but the standards have started to slip as the season has gone on.
The Cottagers have been the first team to concede in four of their last five matches. They’ve kept a clean sheet in just one match during that same period. Eight of the last ten Fulham matches have featured more than 2.5 goals. This could come back to bite them against a now free-scoring Palace.

Double Chance 2 - Palace WIN or DRAW | $1.83 |
Predicted Lineups
Fulham: Leno; Castagne, Tosin, Bassey, Robinson; Palhinha, Lukic; Iwobi, Pereira, Wilson; Muniz
Crystal Palace: Henderson; Clyne, Andersen, Riedewald; Munoz, Wharton, Hughes, Mitchell; Olise, Mateta, Eze
Manchester United vs. Burnley
Old Trafford, 12:00 AM, Sunday, April 28
Burnley are just a couple of wins away from completing their great escape. The Clarets are just three points behind Nottingham Forest in 17th after their impressive 4-1 win against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.
Manchester United over the weekend, meanwhile, nearly blew a 3-0 lead to Championship side Coventry City in an FA Cup semi-final match. The Red Devils prevailed thanks to a couple of Coventry City misses in the penalty shootout, but the vibes are not good at the club.
Erik ten Hag reportedly has to perform well in the final matches of the season to keep his job. On paper, Manchester United should win at home against Burnley. With this kind of pressure on them though, anything can happen. We think Man Utd will still get the win, but your best bet is both teams to score.

Newcastle vs. Sheffield United
St. James' Park, 12:00 AM, Sunday, April 28
Newcastle have been stunned by relegation candidates at home this season already, and Sheffield United has nothing to play for now. This is why we’ve seen some EPL predictions saying the Blades have a chance here. We disagree with these predictions.
Sheffield United are winless in their last nine matches and haven’t kept a clean sheet since early December. The Blades also have one of the worst records away from home compared to their home form in the league. Simply put, we don’t see any reason to back them against Newcastle.
On the flip side, Newcastle, in addition to being more talented than Sheffield United, are one of the most in-form teams in the league right now. When you add in the advantage of playing at St. James' Park, this should be a convincing win for the Magpies.
Predicted Lineups
Newcastle: Dubravka; Livramento, Krafth, Schar, Burn; Longstaff, Guimaraes, Anderson; Gordon, Isak, Barnes
Sheff Utd: Grbic; Bogle, Ahmedhodzic, Trusty, Osborn; Souza, Arblaster; McAtee, Hamer, Brereton-Diaz; McBurnie
Wolves vs. Luton Town
Molineux Stadium, 12:00 AM, Sunday, April 28
The last time these teams played was back in September. An early red card set the tone for a cagey match that ended 1-1. Both sides have come leaps and bounds since then.
This match has the potential to either be one of the most exciting matches of EPL Matchweek 35 or one of the most boring. Both Wolves and Luton Town come into this match on terrible runs of conceding goals. If they bunker down, desperate for the points, it could be a long match. On the other hand, if both sides continue to go for it, we could be in for a shootout.
Luton are just one point away from getting out of the relegation zone. We don’t think they’ll settle for another draw. Our money is on the Hatters pulling off an upset here and on them getting at least a point.
Predicted Lineups
Wolves: Sa; Ait-Nouri, S.Bueno, Kilman, Toti; Gomes, Doyle, Traore; Sarabia, Cunha, Hwang
Luton: Kaminski; Burke, Mengi, Osho; Townsend, Lokonga, Barkley, Doughty; Clark, Morris, Chong
Everton vs. Brentford
Goodison Park, 2:30 AM, Sunday, April 28
Both Everton and Brentford have probably done enough to avoid the drop this season, but some extra points definitely wouldn’t hurt either.
Everton have been on the wrong end of two shutouts in their last five, losing 1-0 to Burnley and 6-0 to Chelsea. Their 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in Matchweek 34 has brought some much-needed good feeling to the club. Even with those good feelings, Brentford come into this one as favourites. We’re not sure they should be though.
Both teams have scored in Brentford’s last five away matches. The Bees have conceded first in five of their last six and also have lost nine of their last 12 away matches in the Premier League.
Given their recent track record, we’re not sure of Brentford’s chances playing in front of a hostile Goodison Park. We’re going for an Everton win here.

Predicted Lineups
Everton: Pickford; Young, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko; Gueye, Harrison, Doucoure, Gomes, McNeil; Calvert-Lewin
Brentford: Flekken; Ajer, Collins, Pinnock, Reguilon; Damsgaard, Janelt, Jensen; Mbeumo, Wissa, Lewis-Potter
Aston Villa vs. Chelsea
Villa Park, 5:00 AM, Sunday, April 28
Chelsea followed up their 6-0 win against Everton in Matchweek 34 with a 1-0 loss to Man City in the FA Cup and a devastating 5-0 loss to Arsenal in a Premier League make-up match. This string of results shows you that you really never know what to expect from Chelsea. With that being said, we’re fairly sure we know what to expect against Aston Villa.
The Villains have lost two of their last nine matches in all competitions and have lost only once to Chelsea in their last four meetings. Furthermore, Unai Emery’s men have scored multiple goals in four of their last five Premier League matches.
Chelsea have conceded multiple goals in six of their last seven EPL matches. Their defence is incredibly inconsistent. A clinical team like Villa playing at home should do well against Chelsea.
Predicted Lineups
Aston Villa: Martinez; Cash, Konsa, Torres, Digne; McGinn, Tielemans; Bailey, Diaby, Rogers; Watkins
Chelsea: Petrovic; Disasi, Silva, Badiashile, Cucurella; Fernandez, Caicedo, Sterling, Gallagher, Palmer, Jackson
Bournemouth vs. Brighton
Vitality Stadium, 11:00 PM, Sunday, April 28
This South Coast derby is also a matchup of two of the most exciting managers in England. Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola and Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi have both been tipped for big jobs this summer. This weekend, they should give us a good show.
Brighton and Bournemouth might be a little fatigued though, considering their midweek matches against Man City and Wolves, respectively. Brighton are also disadvantaged by playing away from home. The Seagulls’ have won just once away from home since November and that was against lowly Sheffield United.
Bournemouth, meanwhile, have won three of their last four matches at home in the Premier League. The Cherries have also scored two or more goals in four of their last five home matches.
Recent form is on Bournemouth’s side, and we’re not one to argue with that. We’re backing the Cherries here.

Brighton: Verbruggen; Lamptey, Van Hecke, Dunk, Estupinan; Gross, Baleba; Buonanotte, Lallana, Adingra; Pedro
Tottenham vs. Arsenal
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 11:00 PM, Sunday, April 28
The table is set for either Tottenham to destroy their rival’s chances of winning the league or for Arsenal to march on to their first Premier League title in 20 years by beating their rivals. Whatever happens, this is sure to be an exciting match for the neutral.
Arsenal come into this one after demolishing Chelsea 5-0. Tottenham, meanwhile, were on the wrong end of a demolition in Matchweek 34, losing 4-0 to Newcastle.
Spurs’ devastating loss has many saying Ange Postecoglou has been ‘found out.’ That could be the case, but we’re still willing to give Tottenham a chance. Arsenal will be the more tired side in this one, and they’ve shown that they don’t cope well with the pressure of leading the pack.
Tottenham and Arsenal drew 2-2 when they played earlier this season. We think another draw is on the cards for this one.

Arsenal: Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior; Odegaard, Jorginho, Rice; Saka, Havertz, Martinelli
Nottingham Forest vs. Manchester City
The City Ground, 1:30 AM, Monday, April 29
Nottingham Forest dominated the headlines this week after their 2-0 loss to Everton thanks to comments from their official club Twitter account calling out the PGMOL. After the loss, Forest insinuated that the VAR in the match missed three penalty calls because he was a Luton fan. The club threatened action against the league. The FA has launched an investigation into the club’s actions.
Manchester City had a more low-key weekend, beating Chelsea 1-0 in an FA Cup semi-final match. The Cityzens notably looked gassed, but did enough to get the job done. They should have an easier time of things against Forest.
Nottingham Forest haven’t kept a clean sheet in the league since mid-February. Nuno Espírito Santo is still tinkering with his front four, despite it being so late in the season. Neither of these things are good signs heading into a match against Man City.
The Cityzens should win by at least two goals.
Predicted Lineups
Nottm Forest: Sels; Williams, Niakhate, Murillo, Aina; Dominguez, Danilo; Reyna, Gibbs-White, Hudson-Odoi; Wood
Man City: Ederson; Walker, Akanji, Dias, Gvardiol; Rodri; Foden, De Bruyne, Silva, Doku; Haaland
