The lightly-raced four-year-old has only had four starts so far in his career, winning two of them. Broke his maiden over 1200m at this track on his first start of this prep, perhaps finding a heavy 10 surface too much for him at Doomben last time out. These conditions are going to be soft but nothing like as deep as that, stepping up to 1400m for the first time now. He has finished off his races over shorter in a strong fashion so stretching his legs a little more promises to suit him.
