The market favourites - Gauff/Sabalenka and Djokovic -  in the outright markets for the men’s and women’s draw are once again, very short prices. Find out if their opponent’s are the value plays on Wednesday.

Sabalenka has looked extremely dangerous so far. She will see a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of the shock Iga Swiatek result. Currently leads the H2H 4-2.

Cirstea vs Muchova

Cirstea To Win @ 2.35

Cirstea seems to be finding form at a good time, this is her first Quarter-Final Grand Slam appearance since Roland Garros 2009! I feel that her price should be closer to 2.10, as she has had practice against big opponents in previous rounds. 

Tiafoe vs Shelton

I have a strong opinion on this match going long, and I believe it has a good chance of going all the way to 5 sets. This may be included in another longshot multi, eyes peeled. 

Fritz vs Djokovic

Men’s Singles, Quarter-Finals
Over 34.5 Games @ 1.85

Fritz will certainly be inspired to get the better of Djokovic on this occasion as he is playing some exceptional tennis with a good patch of serving form. I believe this match could also have a tiebreak or two which will add valuable games to this total. 

Ostapenko vs Gauff

Ostapenko To Win @ 2.90

Ostapenko has to be my pick in this match at the price that is offered, her game seemed to be on song in the final 2 sets against Swiatek. It is slightly unpredictable, however at this price I am happy to take a gamble and include it in my multi.

Tiafoe vs Shelton

As promised, here is the longer shot of the bet that I was hinting at in the previous multibet. No prizes for guessing how I think this match will pan out. 

Zverev vs Sinner

Men’s Singles, Round Four
Zverev To Win @ 2.50

I think the price offered here is great for a matchup against another guy who belts the ball at a serious pace. I believe the markets will underrate Zverev due to the injury period, however I think he is creeping very close to his best.

Ostapenko vs Gauff

Women’s Singles, Quarter-Finals
Ostapenko 2-0 @ 5.50

Sticking with the same opinion on Ostapenko having a day out, I have sided with her to win in straight sets as she always has the potential to blitz an opponent. She also has experience at this stage of a Grand Slam. 

Sabalenka vs Kasatkina

Sabalenka 2-0 @ 1.83

Also, in this match I have stuck with an opinion of the future World Number 1 battering Kasatkina. She will be carrying huge confidence heading into this Quarter-Final, sensing a huge opportunity for a Grand Slam - now that her main rival has departed.
